Professional Design Drawing

We use a precision engraving machine to engrave patterns onto the mold, ensuring that the thickness of the knife marks strictly matches the design, and that there are no missing patterns.
After engraving, the mold needs to undergo heat treatment to enhance its hardness and durability.

Fine Carving

Install the mold onto the die-casting machine workbench, pour the molten metal into the mold, and allow it to cool and solidify. This process can cast complex three-dimensional relief patterns, suitable for products requiring high-precision details such as commemorative coins and medals.
Common materials include copper, zinc alloy, iron, etc., which need to be selected based on process requirements and budget.

Die Casting & Polishing

Electroplated medals are created by forming a plating layer on the metal surface through electroplating process, giving the medals a metallic texture and decorative effect. By covering with etching-resistant ink through screen printing, pattern areas are formed after exposure and development, followed by thickening with an electroplated nickel layer and gold plating, ultimately creating a three-dimensional gold-piled effect.

Surface painting - Using precision paint application equipment to create colorful patterns or text on metal surfaces, featuring high precision, multi-color switching, and automated operation.
